Monaco

Waiting for my grandparents cruise ship to come in

We went to Monaco. 


Monaco is a small country at the bottom of France. It is the second smallest country in the world!!! The bordering country is France. 

Fun Fact: People actually bought Monaco from France so it can be its own country!! The oceans that border Monaco is the Mediterranean sea. Monaco’s capital is Monaco. The population is 38,695 million people. They even have there own palace and royal family.

When we got there we saw our Grandparents. They arrived on a cruise ship.   I was very excited.

We went and walked up to the royal palace to see the changing of the guards. It was a little bit boring but still ok.

Then, we saw a church where Prince Rainier the 3rd had married an american actress named, Grace Kelly. She unfortunately died in a car crash when she was 52. The church was beautiful with beautiful designs and statues in it.

 That was it for Monaco. A short but great visit.
